Nadashi Marketing was contracted to establish a social media community for the launch of a new haircare product line, True by Made Beautiful. The scope included to first, design and set up the social media profiles prior to launch. The social media campaign initiated via a contest to grow highlight early product adopters. Nadashi grew the start-up community to over 10,000 followers, established a visual and content guideline for the brand’s social media message, and engaged with brand influencers within 6 months. Nadashi Marketing helped to initiate a 3-pronged strategic social media campaign. First, to establish a presence within the competitive natural hair community. Second, use interesting and captive imagery to assist the brand’s visual and mind share. Third, developed and engaged with the social community. Lastly, provided the True by Made Beautiful marketing team a heuristic recommendation to improve customer experience (“UX”) via the company’s website.
- Community Engagement — True by Made Beautiful participated in several local and national events to promote their natural hair product line. Nadashi crafted social media content in addition to working with creative team to drive powerful visuals to promote the events via social media.
- Content Marketing — Performed industry standard research in order to craft meaningful and fresh content for all social media posts. Content was driven based on product’s benefits and natural ingredients. Social Media posts contained product and lifestyle imagery and with engaging content.
- Consistency — Developed a social media content calendar which entailed relevant content and imagery introducing the new hair care natural hair product line.
